Reach Asian Bookmakers: The Eight Operators and How Access Works
The short answer
Asian bookmakers are betting operators built for large stakes on thin margins, and you reach them through a betting broker. Our access matrix files eight of them: 3et, BetISN, Penta88, Pinnacle, Sbobet, Singbet, Turf7 and SharpBet. AsianConnect, BetInAsia, MadMarket and Sportmarket each place the bets for you, and every one of the eight is open at two or more of them, under platform names such as PS3838, BLACK, Edge and Asianodds88. Pinnacle and Sbobet have guides of their own. This page sets out what the label means, how the prices differ from a high street bookmaker's, how you reach each operator and what to have ready.
What an Asian bookmaker is
In our access matrix, eight of the 16 rows are filed as Asian bookmakers: 3et, BetISN, Penta88, Pinnacle, Sbobet, Singbet, Turf7 and SharpBet. The other eight are exchanges.
The label is a trade term, not a place.
The platform name changes with the broker. 3et is Asianodds88 at AsianConnect, BLACK at BetInAsia and Edge at MadMarket; Pinnacle is PS3838 at AsianConnect, BetInAsia and Sportmarket, and Probet42 at MadMarket. At BetInAsia, PS3838 is a Pinnacle white label with the same sports and markets and a different layout. If the idea of a broker is new to you, start with what a betting broker is; this page takes it as read.
How the prices differ
An operator built on volume runs a thinner margin than a high street site, and a thinner margin means a higher price on every outcome. Put two quotes for the same match side by side and the gap is easy to see. Sharp bookmakers and sportsbooks covers how a sharp price forms and how it differs from a soft one. For the sums, comparing odds by margin does them properly, so we leave them there.
The name on the door matters less than the price behind it.
The maximum on a bet is set by the operator, market by market, and you read it on the bet slip before you stake. Where stake limits come from goes into the detail. A platform such as BLACK or Edge lists the same match from several operators, so the gap between two quotes is plain to see before you commit a stake.
The eight operators and the platform at each broker
The table below gives the platform you use at each broker for every Asian bookmaker in the matrix. Rows follow the matrix, and the columns follow the fixed order of the four brokers.

Pinnacle and Sbobet get a guide each, with the steps: get access to Pinnacle and get Sbobet access. A line each for the rest.
Four brokers list 3et, Pinnacle, Singbet and SharpBet, three list Sbobet, and BetISN, Penta88 and Turf7 are open at two brokers each. 3et covers football, esports, NFL and basketball, among others, and Singbet opens on request at Sportmarket.
The other eight rows of the matrix are exchanges, and betting exchange access covers how those work. For the full 16-row grid, with every platform, see which bookmakers you can reach.
Why a broker is the way in
For several of these operators you do not register with the operator at all:
- 3et takes no direct sign-ups; its odds come through a broker platform such as Edge.
- Probet42 (the Pinnacle row at MadMarket): registration goes through a betting broker.
- PS3838 account at Sportmarket: provided and managed by Sportmarket, and money goes in and out only through Sportmarket.
Singbet works through agents as well. No front door, then.
Eight operators, four doors.
The broker acts on your behalf: it holds your wallet and places the bets for you on the platform you choose. We use all four brokers, and we start with the table, not the brand name. Each has a page of its own, the AsianConnect broker service, BetInAsia registration, MadMarket as a betting broker and Sportmarket at a glance, and bet brokers that reach Asian bookmakers sets the four side by side.
What to have ready before you open an account
Photo ID. Proof of address. Both to hand, because all four brokers can ask for a photo ID and proof of address; KYC at the four brokers sets out what each one asks for. BetInAsia and MadMarket want all four corners of each document visible.
Every broker limits you to one account per person, and AsianConnect, BetInAsia and MadMarket write personal, non-commercial use into their terms.
Questions people ask
What is the difference between an Asian bookmaker and a bet broker?
A bookmaker takes the bet, and a broker is the account in front of it. The broker acts on your behalf, holds your wallet and gives you a platform, and it is that platform (PS3838, BLACK, Edge or Asianodds88, for example) which carries the bet to the operator. You deal with one company while the bet lands at another.
Are the odds at Asian bookmakers better?
Their model is volume on a thin margin, so their prices are sharper than at a high street site. On a platform such as BLACK or Edge you can set two quotes for the same match side by side and take the higher one.
Do I need a broker to use them?
For several of them, yes. 3et, Probet42, Singbet and the PS3838 account at Sportmarket all come through a broker or an agent, and every operator in the table is open at two or more brokers, so you choose the door and fund your broker account.
Which markets do they offer besides Asian handicap?
The platforms list 1X2, totals, first half lines and parlays, among others. PS3838 at BetInAsia carries 1X2, Over/Under, handicap, first half and final results, team totals, long-term bets and parlays. Probet42 offers parlays of 2 to 10 selections and teasers across more than 30 sports, and the PS3838 account at Sportmarket lists 1X2, Asian Handicap, Over/Under, team totals, parlays and HT/FT. For the lines themselves, see Asian handicap lines.
Is it legal to use them where I live?
That depends on the country you live in and its rules on online betting, and a broker does not change the law. Bet only where online betting is allowed for you. Betting is for adults, and stakes belong within what you can afford to lose.
