See Who Runs AsianConnect: Company, Terms and How the Account Works
The short answer
Yes, AsianConnect is a legitimate betting broker. Asianconnect N.V owns and operates the site, and AsianConnect has worked as a broker for more than 20 years. You hold one wallet in the AMS member area and share it across four platforms, Piwi247, PS3838, Asianodds88 and OrbitX, which place your bets at bookmakers and exchanges such as Pinnacle and Betfair. The full terms are open to read. This page sets out the company, the clauses that matter, how a complaint is handled and how support works.
Who is behind AsianConnect
The company is Asianconnect N.V. It owns and operates the AsianConnect site, and the privacy policy is its own. Registering means confirming that you are 18 or over, or of the legal age that applies to you, and accepting both the terms and that policy.
AsianConnect has been in service for more than 20 years. It acts on your behalf, placing your bets with major bookmakers and exchanges while you keep one account, which is the job described in our guide to what bet brokers do in practice. We use all four brokers, AsianConnect included, and these are the points we look at first at each one: the company, the terms and the way the account works.
That is all legit means here. A named company. Terms you can read. A written route for complaints.
What an AsianConnect account gives you
Your account lives in the AMS, the Asianconnect Member System. All the connected bookmakers and exchanges share a single wallet balance inside it, so you activate the ones you want, deposit once, bet through the platforms and withdraw through the AMS instead of through each bookmaker separately. In the dashboard you see your balance, open bets and history, plus your wins and losses by bookmaker. The full walk through sign-up, verification and payments sits in our guide to how AsianConnect works.
Four platforms sit on top of that wallet.
- Piwi247 brings a sportsbook and the PIWIX exchange, where you back or lay bets, under one account.
- PS3838 is the way in to Pinnacle, and you manage a PS3838 account directly from your AsianConnect account.
- Asianodds88 is an aggregator. It opens the markets of bookmakers such as PS3838 through one platform and places each bet automatically at the bookmaker with the best odds.
- OrbitX is the Orbit Exchange platform, an exchange where you back and lay, powered by Betfair.
Between them they reach Pinnacle through PS3838, Betfair and Orbit Exchange through OrbitX, and 3et through Asianodds88. Our pages show how to access Pinnacle and how Orbit Exchange works. One wallet for four platforms is simpler bookkeeping than four deposits, and for us that is the best part of the setup.
The terms that matter to a customer
AsianConnect publishes its terms in full. Here are the clauses that count for you as a customer, in plain words.
| Topic | Rule |
|---|---|
| Who can open an account | You are over 18 and not restricted by limited legal capacity. |
| One account | One account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited. |
| Your details | You give full and truthful information and update it when it changes. |
| Identity checks | AsianConnect reserves the right to ask at any time for proof of identity and proof of address. |
| Payments | Deposits and withdrawals use cards, wallets and other methods that belong to you and are in your name. |
| Daily caps | EUR 100,000 (or the equivalent in your account currency) in any 24 hours for deposits, for winnings and for withdrawals. Deposits and winnings above the cap can be cancelled, and a larger withdrawal can be agreed with the company. |
| Taxes | You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on your winnings. |
A cap is not a mystery. It is a number you can plan around.
The other three brokers have their own pages: see how BetInAsia works, MadMarket for sports bettors and the Sportmarket account. Our comparison of the caps at each broker puts the numbers side by side.
How a complaint is handled
The terms lay out a route for disputes, and it runs in four steps.
Write to the company
The process starts with a written request from you to the company.
Talks within 14 working days
A representative of the company's director enters into good faith talks to resolve the dispute within 14 working days of your request.
Mediation
If the dispute is not fully resolved, both sides enter mediation in good faith; the director appoints the mediator within 14 working days of the agreement to mediate, unless otherwise agreed, and mediation begins no later than eight weeks after the written notice that sends the dispute there.
Court or arbitration last
Neither side starts court proceedings or arbitration until it has attempted mediation.
Every step is written down in advance, so a disagreement has a path before anyone needs it.
Support and account security
Support is available 24/7 and you reach the team by email or online chat. It covers deposits and withdrawals, payments split or merged, transaction incidents and the AMS wallet. If a deposit has not arrived, support needs the transaction ID, the amount and the payment method you used.
On security, AsianConnect uses SSL encryption, firewalls and data protection policies, and it does not share your details with sportsbooks unless that is legally or operationally required. Four habits keep your own side tight: use a password you use nowhere else, never share your login details, switch on notifications, and pay in and out only from accounts in your own name. Nothing exotic.
Questions people ask
Is AsianConnect a scam?
No. A named company, Asianconnect N.V, owns and operates the site, AsianConnect has been in service for more than 20 years, and its full terms are open to read, with a written route for complaints.
Where is my money while I bet?
In the single wallet of your AMS account. You spread it across the platforms with the transfer form in the AMS, and AsianConnect allocates the funds as you ask. The dashboard tracks the detail, and withdrawals leave through the AMS as well.
Is it legal to use AsianConnect where I live?
It depends on your country of residence and its laws on online betting, and AsianConnect does not provide legal advice. The list of countries AsianConnect does not accept is on our AsianConnect page.
Can I use AsianConnect for business?
No. The service is for recreation and entertainment. You use it in a personal, non-professional capacity, on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or company, and use by a company or for commercial purposes is prohibited.
What does AsianConnect ask for to confirm my identity?
A valid passport or identity card (and the payment cards you have used, if needed), plus proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement. AsianConnect can ask at any time. Every deposit also counts as your declaration that the funds are yours, and the source of funds can be requested for a deposit above EUR 100,000. See verification at betting brokers for how the four brokers compare.
